As a Community Care and Support Worker with FirstCol you will be working to support the elderly or those with disabilities in the comfort of their own home while helping them maintain independence. Your role will include completing Client Assessments and Client Care, Plans and assisting the Registered Manager in coordinating hospital discharges and requests for Emergency Care Packages. You will be supporting our customers with things like: Taking medication, personal care, meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties.

All of our staff have a passion for caring and we recognise their exceptional skills and dedication by offering:

Shift Pattern (Early, Late, Long day)

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Skills
