Every month we reward a lot of our staff with a bonus of upto £250 for each friend or colleague they recommend to join FirstCol.

There’s no limit on how many friends you can refer. We have plenty of work for you and anyone you refer. Simply refer these friends and colleagues to FirstCol and receive the following bonuses:

• Refer a Doctor – get £250
• Refer a Registered Nurse – get £200
• Refer an Allied Health Professional, HCA or Cleaner – get £50
